Reservations
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number and the expiry date. 50% of the total cost of your stay will be debited to your credit card as a deposit when you make your reservation.

Cancellations
For all cancellations given at least 16 days before your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be reimbursed, less €10 for administrative costs.
If you cancel between 8 and 10 days prior to your arrival date, 40% of your deposit will be refunded to your credit card.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date, 10% of your deposit will be credited to your card. We suggest that you arrange insurance coverage in case of cancellation.
For cancellations 24 hours before your arrival time, for no-shows, the entire 50% deposit will be debited to your credit card. We suggest that you make prior arrangements for insurance coverage.
