He prepares creative and generous dishes with Mediterranean flavours, with sauces to savour with our homemade bread. Delicately balanced dishes feature vegetables and authentic flavours made with fresh regional products.


Aromatic herbs and flowers are harvested and freshly selected in the organic garden, located on the grounds of Le Domaine de la Coquillade.
